The man standing to my right speaks with a heavy Mediterranean accent, Sicilian I think. He also happens to be wearing a balloon hat reminiscent of a bicycle helmet on acid. He says “I haf a ouse in Atlanta. I oosed to drauw char toons for de Gnew Yhorker.”

At the same time, the Chef is belting out the lyrics to You Spin Me Right Round by Dead Or Alive at the top of his lungs. The weird part is, its’ playing off of my iPod plugged into the kitchen stereo.

The Sicilian says; “I need that Fee Bea Tomato out Yesterday. Boom, Boom.”

“It’s in the oven, my friend.” I say in response.

I think I’ve found the kitchen I was meant to be in. The people are all nice, work hard and care about the food coming out. Good food. Very good food at a great price.
