French Bouchon & Bistro Food
Monday, July 23rd, 2007 by CarbonCopyI’ve been working at The Virginia Inn since the end of June. Nice food, good people and a very public and open kitchen. I get compliments every day I work now. “Great food, exactly what I was looking for” says a young lady from New York. “This is the best food I’ve eaten while being in Seattle!”
I’m working Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday until the end of July, then it is just Saturday and Sunday. I still need to find something else to help fill in that great void called rent. Something on Wednesday would be perfect.
Basia, my little girl, needs social interaction with other small children, so day care is going to be a must in the near future. Maybe I can get some work that will help offset the cost of working a couple more weekdays. Hope so.
